I applied for Hypa Vuma Fibre on Friday 11th August 2023 online. I made payment and received confirmation as well. On Saturday 12th August technicians came to my premises to check out where to lay the cables . On Monday 14th August I received confirmation that installation will be on Wednesday 16th August 2023 at 4pm . This morning a technician contacted me to ask if they could come through earlier to do the installation. Lucky my daughter was at home but she just went to the Doctor. They were willing to wait for 2 hours till she got back to do the installation. After 20 minutes of her arrival I received confirmation on my phone that my fibre was activated and everything was done… Not sure why this company get such poor reviews as I just received excellent service from them today.

My initial interaction with Vumatel was through Webafrica, but I won't go into details because I'm still recovering from their subpar customer support. But I must commend Hypa for their excellent services. My sincere thanks to Oikantswe Gladwin Tabane for the best customer service ever. He was forced to listen to my complaints about Webafrica and gave me his word that he would make every effort to avoid the same mistake. Vumatel needs to know how much better it is to cope with Hypa, so he explained to me what it is and how it works, and I am grateful for the information. Oikantse, once again, thank you for such fantastic service.
